Regions listed are sliceable markets only. History options are purchase-history tiers that currently clear the sample floor. A wait answer appears at 10 reports in the last 12 months. Each line then uses its own pool: the three-month share and typical wait use those wait reports, the purchase-history line counts only reports that named first-time or prior-purchase history, and a percentage needs 40 reports.
