unghosted provides tools to help you tailor your resume to job descriptions using artificial intelligence. The Service is intended to assist with formatting, wording, and keyword alignment based on information you supply. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any particular outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use any content you upload or paste.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other materials you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and for verifying any output before sharing it with employers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with other users, uploading malware, or using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Subscriptions and Fees

Paid features, if offered, are billed according to the plan you select at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state in writing. You may cancel recurring subscriptions through your account or payment provider as applicable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated suggestions may contain errors; you must review all outputs before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).
