The headline figure compares complete half-years (2023 H2 and 2026 H1). Only quotable Rolex reports count; still-waiting and non-quotable waits are excluded.

A rising number means more buyers are getting their watch quickly, so waits are getting shorter. A falling number means that share shrank. Quarterly points below require at least 100 reports in a complete quarter. The middle period is unpublished because collection was uneven — not because the market vanished. Gaps are shown, never interpolated.
