The Unghosted Rolex Wait Index is the percentage of quotable Rolex reports with a wait of three months or less (Walk-in / same day, Under 1 month, or 1-3 months). The headline figure compares complete half-years (2023 H2 and 2026 H1). Only quotable Rolex reports count; still-waiting and non-quotable waits are excluded.
A rising number means a larger share reached three months or less. Quarterly points below require at least 100 reports in a complete quarter. The middle period is unpublished because collection was uneven, not because the market vanished. Gaps are shown, never interpolated.
