What the AI actually does
Unghosted uses Claude, built by Anthropic, to analyze the relationship between your experience and the job description. It does not apply a generic template. It reads your actual history and the actual job posting, then rewrites your resume specifically for that combination.
The system is engineered to preserve factual accuracy. It strengthens the language around things you did, surfaces relevant experience you may have buried, and injects the specific keywords the ATS is scanning for. It will not invent experience you do not have.
